Virtual Therapy
I am currently providing therapy to individuals via telehealth at a weekly or bi-weekly frequency.
Ongoing therapy sessions are 45-55 minutes long and cost $135 per session.
I currently accept Aetna, Optum, United, and Cigna insurance plans.
You can verify your insurance benefits ahead of time through this link, book a consultation through my calendar here, or fill out my contact form and I'll be in touch to discuss further.
I also offer Single Session Therapy appointments.
Single Session Therapy appointments are 50-minutes long and offered on a standalone basis, not as a part of ongoing therapy. They are $150 per session.
how can I help?
I invite clients to be present with their emotions and thoughts and to be courageous by sharing them - especially the overwhelming and shameful stuff. We work together to clarify wants, needs, and boundaries for a strong sense of self and connection with others. We slow down to pay attention to what is happening in the body and strengthen the mind-body connection. I believe that this is an important part of the change process. Together, we find ways to build strength and resilience for the tough times and big feels.
what can you expect?
I strive to create a space where people feel safe to explore both their inner world and the effects of the outer world, examining the ways that society, culture, and lived experiences shape their lives. This may involve cursing, crying, laughing, and/or yelling. You’re not crazy - it's hard to be sensitive in an abrasive world, and, you don't have to harden yourself in order to thrive. Let's talk about it.
Onboarding paperwork must be completed 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation policy: Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment as scheduled, or do not notify me of cancellation with 24 hours+ notice, you will be charged for the session as scheduled.
