hi, I'm Madison.

I'm a psychotherapist for individuals in the state of Texas.

I believe that self-expression is a vehicle for healing, growth, and empowerment. I support clients in identifying and expressing their feelings, wants, and needs so they can start feeling more confident and relaxed in their relationships. I help individuals to overcome past hurts, manage overwhelming emotions, and face insecurities head-on for benefit of forming a stable sense of self and healthy connections with others.

I collaborate with clients to explore past traumas and inner narratives that lead to messy & one-sided relationships, anxious spirals, low self-esteem, and exhaustion, to connect their innate strength, resiliency, and joy. Utilizing the basics of neurobiology and memory reconsolidation, this work allows clients to release the stronghold of the past and connect with presence and safety in the moment. I work well with individuals who want to connect with their own power, to take responsibility for their part in relationships, & to express both their strength and softness with ease.

If you find yourself stressed out and over-thinking your interactions with others, overcome with emotions at random throughout the day, contact me here to set up a free 15-minute call so you can *exhale* and start being seen and heard for who you really are.
